Role as an Independent OTA
We work as an independent Online Travel Agency registered in the United States. We act solely as an intermediary between users and third-party service providers, i.e., airlines. We are specialists in flight bookings, whether domestic or international. Moreover, if you are looking for information on hotels, cruises, or travel itineraries, you may connect with our travel agents, who will help you better understand.
Payments & Currency
We accept all major debit and credit cards for payments. We support Zelle and international bank transfers globally. We do not require transactions in a specific currency, i.e., USD. Transactions may be processed in multiple currencies on our portal. However, the final payments may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Service Fees
Not all services are available for free. We reserve the right to charge for certain services, which may or may not be refundable. All bookings may include a non-refundable service fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds & Cancellations
During the booking procedure, RushMyFlight gives you the right to change or cancel your flight ticket. We cannot change or refund a cheaper flight ticket you have chosen. Refund processing time: 7–14 business days (if applicable). All bookings are subject to airline and supplier rules. You must read our Terms & Conditions carefully before finalizing your booking with us. Many fares are non-refundable, so if you are not sure whether your flight ticket allows refunds or changes due to cancellation, you can contact our support team.
You can also log in to your RushMyFlight account to check whether you are permitted to do so. If your ticket allows you to make such changes, the flight options you can opt for may be limited by the airline or the third-party ticket provider. Currency conversion differences and service fees are non-refundable. The options available on our website may be available on your ticket. We will inform you of all available options once we receive your request for a change.
The terms & conditions of the respective flight will naturally apply if your flight is cancelled or changed by them. Please contact our customer support so that we can assist you in that scenario.
Price Match Guarantee
When booking flights with RushMyFlight, we offer a price match guarantee. We want our customers to be affirmative about finding a great and legitimate deal with us. So if you see that the same flight itinerary we offer is available at lower prices, including taxes, within 24 hours of your booking, we will match that price and refund the price difference. Please note that the price match guarantee is only valid within 24 hours of booking. Plus, you have to show a valid proof to raise a claim. Moreover, these terms are applicable only to identical itineraries. We reserve the right to exclude promotional, private, or restricted fares. However, if you are not convinced and want to cancel your booking with us, you will get a full refund under our price match guarantee.
Emergency & Last-Minute Bookings
If a passenger needs to book a flight at the very last moment due to an emergency, we offer services for urgent and last-minute travel. To be clear, the ticket fare for emergency and last-minute bookings may vary significantly. It is advised to check that with your travel agent before confirming your flight.
Liability Disclaimer
We do not hold any liability for the links to other sites that you find on our website and the resources provided by third parties; they are provided for information purposes only. Any such linked websites found on our website or the information obtained via these sites shall not be interpreted as our approval. We have no control over these sites or the content you find on them. Simultaneously, we are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, overbooking, or schedule changes. All such matters are the responsibility of the airline or service provider. Our liability is limited to the service fee we have received.
Chargeback Protection
Since chargebacks are a customer’s right, we require our customers to agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us. Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action. We reserve the right to recover disputed amounts, including administrative and legal costs.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. We may require additional identity verification to confirm your legitimacy. We shall not be liable for losses resulting from fraudulent transactions.
Settlement of Disputes
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States. According to our Terms & Conditions, the user agrees to allow RushMyFlight to resolve any disputes and claims arising from the user's use of our website. This includes any bookings or dealings made with our customer support executive, our Privacy Policies, services, representations, etc. In that case, please contact our customer support team at support@rushmyflight.com.
We do not hold any accountability regarding any issues related to the airlines. In case of any inconvenience during your air travel, you agree to release us (any person concerned with RushMyFlight) from any claims, damages, and demands. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
